Marbella

Marbella is the most famous Living und Holiday Destination in the Costa del Sol. Aristocracy, celebrities and international stars with a lot of money transformed the place in 1960 hardly counted with 10,000 inhabitants, to a large city with over 140,000 people. The proportion of the international population in Marbella is around 40 000 who now live in an area that stretches from Puerto Banús in the west and the marina Cabopino in the east. These are about 27 kilometers of almost along the coast where you find the most famous residential areas, such as Golden Mile, Sierra Blanca, Nagüelles, Los Monteros, Marbesa, Elviria, and others. In Marbella itself, there is a constant demand for properties, especially for Villas, built around the Old Town apartments directly on the beach promenade. Except for a very exclusive nightlife Marbella now offers numerous restaurants, led by international star chefs and thus Marbella applies at least at the moment the top address of high Cuisine in Spain.
